All Aurelia Artistic products are handcrafted to order. Each piece is made with care and intention — please allow additional time compared to standard retail products. We appreciate your patience as your gift is lovingly crafted.
Processing Time
Since every product at Aurelia Artistic is made by hand, each order requires a preparation period before it is dispatched.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp / email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
We deliver PAN India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 4–6 business days
- Remote areas & North-East India — 6–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary during peak seasons (festivals, wedding season) or due to unforeseen courier delays. Aurelia Artistic is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1,499
- Flat shipping charge of ₹99–₹149 for orders below ₹1,499 (based on location)
- Bulk order shipping is calculated separately at the time of order confirmation
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp or email. You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within the promised processing window, please reach out to us.
Packaging
Every Aurelia Artistic order is carefully packed with our signature packaging to ensure your handcrafted item reaches you in perfect condition. We use cushioned, protective packaging — particularly for fragile resin and ceramic pieces.

At Aurelia Artistic, every product is handcrafted specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, our return and cancellation policy differs from standard retail. Please read this carefully before placing your order — and feel free to reach out to us before ordering if you have any doubts.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins shortly after confirmation to ensure timely delivery.

Design or Size Changes After Ordering
If you need to modify your order — such as a change in design, size, or personalisation details — you may contact us within 1 hour of placing the order:

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours. Changes requested after this 1-hour window may be chargeable or may not be possible depending on the stage of production.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for items with design-related queries or size change requests, as these can be resolved by consulting with us prior to placing the order.
Store Credits
In eligible cases, a store credit may be issued after confirmation from our team. Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be applied to any future order on our website or via WhatsApp.

Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved by our team after review and inspection, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 working days from the date of approval.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders, owing to the entirely custom and handcrafted nature of each piece.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery:
- Email us at hello@aureliaartistic.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect product
- Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours
- Once confirmed, a replacement will be dispatched within 3–4 business days
- Delivery of the replacement will take 5–8 working days depending on your location
Requests raised after the 72-hour window, or without photographic evidence, may not be eligible for replacement.

About Custom Orders
What counts as a custom order?
Any order that involves personalisation — such as names, dates, custom colours, monograms, specific themes, or bespoke packaging — is considered a custom order. Our varmala preservation service is also a custom order as each piece is uniquely made from your flowers.
Can I see a design preview before my order is made?
Yes — for most custom orders, our studio will share a digital design preview or reference concept for your approval before we begin production. We want you to feel completely confident before we start crafting.
How do I place a custom order?
Timelines & Pricing
How long does a custom order take?
Custom order timelines vary depending on complexity and quantity:
- Personalised single items — 5–8 business days
- Custom gift sets or hampers — 7–10 business days
- Varmala preservation — 10–14 business days
- Bulk custom orders — discussed and confirmed at the time of order
We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks in advance for weddings, events, or festivals to allow sufficient time for design, crafting, and delivery.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom products?
Most custom items can be ordered as a single piece. For bulk custom orders with custom branding or packaging, a minimum of 20 pieces is required. Please see our Bulk Orders section for more details.
How is custom pricing determined?
Custom pricing depends on the type of product, level of personalisation, quantity, materials, and packaging. Pricing will be shared transparently in your personalised proposal with no hidden charges.
Varmala Preservation
What is varmala preservation?
Varmala preservation is the art of encasing your wedding garland (varmala) in premium resin to create a timeless keepsake frame or décor piece. The dried florals are carefully arranged and set in crystal-clear or tinted resin — preserving the memory of your wedding day forever.
How do I send my varmala to Aurelia Artistic?
After placing your order, our team will guide you on how to dry and pack your varmala correctly for shipping. Please do not ship without prior instructions, as incorrect packing can damage the flowers.
Can I choose the frame style and colour?
Yes — we offer a range of frame styles, resin tones, and customisation options. Our team will share a catalogue during your consultation.

How to Place a Bulk Order
Lead Times
We strongly recommend contacting us 4–6 weeks before your event or deadline to ensure adequate time for design, production, and delivery. For orders during peak season (October–February), please allow additional time.

We retain your order-related information for a minimum of 2 years for accounting and legal purposes. Communication records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary. You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).
